I read. A lot. In fact it is not uncommon for me to read a book a day for weeks on end. I have decided to track what I read, and what I think of it on this blog. I may also post reviews of what I have read in the past and of my faavorite authors.

Lair of the Lion

Christine Feehan, Leisure Books, 2002, (Romance)

I finished this novel today and my feelings towards it are still a little ambiguous. It was ok I guess but not up to the standards I expect of this author. It just didn't seem to have the polish I was looking for. The basic story was entertaining but it would have come accross better as a movie then a book. I give it a steaminess rating of 8/10. Would I read it again? No. Will I still read other Feehan books? Yes. I guess that when an author puts out six books a year they can't all be gems.
